Edinburgh: Capital of Scotland...30minutes by train from Livingston. Train fare is GBP3.5/return = RM25.00 :-( . Nice city... mix of old and new architecture. The Edinburgh castle lies in the middle of the city between the NEW TOWN and the OLD TOWN. Nice weather on that day... manage to cover on foot most of the re-known oR must visit places. :horay:

Korpedje: First well site visit during pre-school training...

Yup... getting excited bout the first ever visit to a well site. Korpedje oil field: located 200km from my work base, Balkanabad; 400km from the Iran border. Interesting place...sand dunes, unpave/aged asphalt roads, camels and pretty hot weather. It is nickname 'HELL' :devil_wagging: as there is a burning well which was abandoned 2 years ago. Pretty much this is like rolling flames and bubbling lake of oil and water mixture. 8-) I thing here in Turkmenistan, fuel (petrol/diesel) is cheaper than mineral water :weee: . 1USD can get you 80 litres of fuel whereas 1USD can only get you 5 litres of mineral water...cool...
